Shadowclan Camp

The camp is protected by brambles, and the entrance is through a tiny path. There is hardly any grass, but the ground is muddy and cool. The leader's den is beneath the roots of a big oak tree. The warriors' den is under a bramble bush. The den looks prickly on the outside, but on the inside, it's lined with pine needles and moss.There is a smooth boulder at the edge of the clearing, which serves as a higher place for the leader to address the camp. Propped up next to this large rock is another rock, and it creates a sheltered cave underneath. It is the medicine den. Sick cats can rest in the ferns surrounding the boulder. There is another hollow shielded by a thorn bush. This is the nursery, and the thorn bush is protection.

padding back into camp, his blue eyes shone with mischeif and laughter. his tail whipped through the air, catmint clutched between his jaws. her black pelt shimmered in the sunlight. he padded over toward the medicine den.

Eviekit was playing 'catch the butterfly' when her eyes had spotted Ravensky enter with something in her mouth. Being that curious kitten she was, Evie, had pounced upon the terra towards the she-cat entering the medicine den. She had poked her nose through brambles only to wiggle a tad. "H-Hello!?"

Ravensky gently placed the catmint down in the secret niche for catmint and glanced at Eviekit "why hello evie kit, im the medicine cat ravensky" he turned and gently touched her nose to the kits, his blue eyes glittering kindly.

"Hi there miss lady!" She had wiggled her rump within the air befor her front paws had popped up to bat Ravenskys' nose. Her left ear had twitched a tad, while her sky-blue eyes settled upon the multiple things sprawled about. "Wanna help me play tag with butterflies!?"

His blue eyes glittered with mischeif "hmm, perhaps in a little while, i have to sort out the herbs" his blue eyes turned and watched the mess of herbs giving a quick lick to the kits head he turned and went to start sorting out the many herbs in his cellar.

Her head had tilted towards the left as her ears flickered. She wanted to help, but she was just a kit. Not much could she do in the situation, though she decided to ask anyways. "C..Can I help? Maybe I can be a Medicine cat one day too!"

Ravensky patted the place beside his with her thin black tail "here, take these and put them up there" he indicated a leaf with poppyseeds on it and indicated for her to put it with other poppy seeds. his black pelt blended in with the shadow interior of the den.

Eviekit had picked up the leaf with poppy seeds, her teeth digging into the frail structure. Turning towards the other poppy seeds, she had bounced towards the area before placing reaching them. Placing them down, she had turned back towards Ravensky and sat upon her bottom. Her tongue lashing across her left paw. "OK, next?" Her eyes had darted towards what looked like mushrooms. "Ooooh mushrooms!"

Skyfall padded into the shadowclan camp and glanced around with curious blue eyes, her black face was a little shy. shaking off her shyness she bounced over to the medicine den and stuck her head inside "hello? um im from Riverclan i need some herbs" she flicked her black tail and watched the two cats.

He chuckled and said quietly "those are cobnuts, i crush them then mix their essence in with other medicines" turning seeing skyfall he said qiuietly "what do you have need of skyfall?" his blue eyes were their normal grumpy and grouchy self.

"Oh..." Eviekit seemed amused but in fact she had this big ol' crush on her teacher. Just as she was about to ask another question she had sniffed another cat from a different clan. Turning about she had seen a riverclan cat. Quickly making a fake reaction she had played dead, which she had flopped to the ground and placed her paws in the air. Her eyes were closed.

The tiny medicine cat replied "i need some dock leaves" her blue eyes were big with worry "there has been a bee nest which has stung plenty of warriors and im all out of dock" the normally energetic cat was quiet and sad. her blue eyes glittering quietly.

Ravensky grumbled to himself and pawed through his supplies his blue eyes glittering. he wrapped up some dock leave and tied it together with a rush and batted it over to skyfall "i trust you wont need a patrol to leave?" he grunted.

Wiggling herself upon the terra, she still tried to pretend to play dead. Her paws were darting within the air, as her fluffy tail tried to flick. Smelling a faint scen she had rolled back upon her belly before her tongue had saught her left paw, gentle laps were done before she placed it upon her head pressing down.

skyfall nodded and turned padding off, her tail swishing through the air, her blue eyes gilttering, happy with the dock leaves in her mouth she gave a giggle and bounced off heading back towards riverclan camp
RC CAMP

Ravensky grunted and went back to sorting out his herbs, taking special care of the catmint. he gave a flick of his ears as he noticed that there was a shortage of moss. standing he turned and began to pad out of the medicine den.

Eviekit had noticed Ravensky going out the den. Jumping to her paws she had dashed after him, her tail swaying from left to right. "Wait for meee." Her ears were perked to attention. "Where are you going?"

"to the burnt sycamore to collect more moss" he grunted in reply, his eyes glittering as he continued along, giving a glance at the kit he shrugged "you are almost ready to become an apprentice would you like to come with me?"

"Yes, please? I don't like being here at this place" She had wiggled, her tail flicking to and fro. She had pawstepped towards Ravensky, glancing at the leaders little den. She wondered where the leader was, maybe he was just sleeping. Glancing back towards Ravensky she had kept pace with him. "What does moss look like?"

"green mushy stuff that you sleep on" he grunted in reply, his blue eyes looking around. twitching his tail he walked out of camp heading for the burnt sycamore.

padding out of his den the leader yawned and stretched his muscular body. padding oover to a sunny spot he lay down and began to groom his pelt. his eyes glittering with malice for windclan.

Shadowstorm padded out of the warriors den with a wide yawn, his ears flicked briefly back and forth and his tail flickered nervously. His eyes full of sorrows from his dream. His dream about the only female he had loved. But he knew he had to put it behind him. He had to put the clan first. He curled up outside then den as the sunlight shone on his face.

Standing Oakstar padded over to his brother and gave him a teasing swat over the head "i hope that you arent offended because i didnt choose you as my deputy" he said grinning a little, his amber eyes twinkling with amusement. he was trying to lighten the mood that had settled on his brother after his mates death.

Shadwstorm looked up at Oakstar, he wasn't offended at all, just tired from a long night. "Not at all my all powerful great brother/leader." He teased to lighten the mood more. "I understand, it was just a long night. those dreams are creeping up on me again." He said, yawning again.
